Hurnake has over 17 years experience in a diverse range of projects, from commercial, retail and residential sectors. Hurnake has a passion for sustainability having formerly been an approved / accredited CSH assessor and has a keen interest in BIM, constantly reading and challenging the way in which we work with BIM internally as well as the interaction with wider teams and construction projects.
Hurnake focuses strongly on Client relations and commits to forming long term relationships, this helps manage and understand Client needs and aspirations, ultimately giving Clients a smooth process through all works stages. Hurnake also oversees the IT, BIM and Marketing provision within the practice.

Matthew has over 30 years’ experience in Architectural design and implementation acquired in a broad range of projects including Retail, Housing, Office developments, Retail Parks, and Nursing Homes.
Throughout Matthews career he has established and maintained effective long standing relationships with a wide range of clients, including multiple Blue Chip Companies. Matthew prides himself on working closely with the clients key stakeholders, members of the design and construction teams to provide the smooth running of the project, ensuring the clients requirements and expectations are always met
Architectural Associate
Paul is a senior Architectural Technician with over 30 years experience. He has worked on a variety of projects through all stages, from project inception to completion. Paul has a wide knowledge of all forms of construction with his primary role being the production of working drawings and specifications for a wide variety of new build and refurbishment schemes including General Commercial, Health, Leisure, Retail, Local Authority and Housing.
Paul has extensive knowledge of the commercial and retail building sector and currently works within our dedicated team tasked with delivering high profile commercial and retail projects. Paul also works as part of a wider team framework with clients and other consultants to ensure that a fully co-ordinated package of information is produced for each project. Paul liaises with Contractors on-site during the construction phase of projects to provide support and contract administration.
Paul Wheeler
Senior Architect
John Qualified as an architect in 1985 with over 40 years in the construction industry.
With a pragmatic approach, experienced in all stages from feasibility to completion on a wide range of building projects up to £35m. Including Health, Industrial, Commercial, Office, Leisure, and MOD. Also, a specialist Knowledge of kennel design and experience of German planning and construction procedures.
He has a full working knowledge of Archicad since 1998, Artlantis, Twinmotion and Autocad on PC or Mac. Conversant with Current planning procedures, building regulations and CDM Regulations having qualified in the role of CDM Principal Designer
John Flavell
Architectural BIM Technician
Dominic has over 30 years’ experience working on Retail, Commercial, Affordable Housing, and Healthcare Projects.
Dominic is responsible for production of working drawing packages, tender information and working in conjunction with Contractors, Building Control and Consultants to produce fully co-ordinated, compliant designs.

Andrew has over 25 years’ experience and a proven track record specialising predominantly in commercial architecture delivering a wide variety of new build and refurbishments on Retail Park, Industrial and Logistics projects located throughout the country for various clients.
Andrew has knowledge and experience covering projects across all stages from initial concept design through to construction and project delivery.
Since starting work at Pinnacle Architecture Limited Andrew has gained further experience working on a variety of housing projects.
Andrew Glassey
Office Manager
Emma has over 5 years experience in office management and has graduated with a degree in business management which has given her leadership and management skills.
Emma has a strong focus on staff welfare and is responsible for managing the teams schedules, accounts and assisting senior management ensuring an efficient and highly productive working environment.
Emma Clark
Architectural Assistant
Coree has 2 years working experience and studying part time towards his Part 2, at the university of Wolverhampton.
Coree has been involved in a range of projects from residential & commercial schemes. His highlight project is the 183 apartment refurbishment scheme at the iconic Sunbeam site in Wolverhampton.
Coree is well on his way to become an architect and is growing his professional capacity and working well with & learning from the team around him.

Architectural Assistant
Fresh out of University, Hardeep is a Part 1 Architectural Assistant that has a passion for residential design and hopes to work with brownfield projects to re-establish life within the local urban environment.
Hardeep is eager to learn from the team that surrounds him to work closely with clients and to use BIM in the assistance of designing bespoke spaces for people to inhabit. With aspirations to be an architect, he is looking forward to an interesting career in the construction industry.
